Cohort International ("Cohort",
“CI”, "us", "we" or "our") is
committed to protecting your
privacy. This Cohort International
Privacy Policy applies to the Cohort
International Website and governs
data collected and used at our sites
and for its services.
Personal Information
At Cohort International, our intent
is to give you as much control as
possible over your personal
information. In general, you can
visit
http://www.cohortinternational.com
without telling us who you are or
revealing any information about
yourself. There are times, however,
when we may require information from
you, such as your name and address.
It is our intent to advise you prior
to collecting information from you
on the Internet.
If you choose to give us personal
information via the Internet that we
or our business partners may need —
to correspond with you, process an
order, or provide you with a
subscription, for example — it is
our intent to let you know how we
will use such information. If you
tell us that you do not wish to have
this information used as a basis for
further contact with you, we will
respect your request. Please be
advised that we keep track of the
domains from which people visit us.
We analyze this data for trends and
statistics, and then discard it.
Information Security and Quality
We are aware of Internet users'
concerns about the privacy of their
information. We have security
measures in place to protect the
loss, misuse, and alteration of the
information under our control.
Access to our system is limited to
specified Cohort International
employees and is carefully
monitored.
In addition, we intend to protect
the quality and integrity of your
personally identifiable information.
We have implemented appropriate
technical and managerial procedures
to maintain information that is
accurate, current, and complete. We
will make a sincere effort to
respond to your requests to correct
personal information inaccuracies in
a timely manner.
Confidential Information
Cohort International does not want
to receive confidential or
proprietary information from you
through our Web site. Please note
that any information or material
sent to Cohort International will be
deemed NOT to be confidential. By
sending Cohort International any
information or material, you grant
Cohort International, an
unrestricted, irrevocable license to
use, reproduce, display, perform,
modify, transmit, and distribute
those materials or information, and
you also agree that Cohort
International is free to use any
ideas, concepts, know-how, or
techniques that you send us for any
purpose. However, we will not
release your name or otherwise
publicize the fact that you
submitted materials or other
information to us unless: (a) we ask
your permission to use your name; or
(b) we first notify you that the
materials or other information you
submit to a particular part of this
site will be published or otherwise
used with your name on it; or (c) we
are required to do so by law.
E-mail and Direct Mail Marketing
From time to time, Cohort
International may engage in e-mail
and direct mail marketing. E-mail or
direct mail address lists for these
marketing campaigns are compiled
from information voluntarily
provided by you or based upon
information gathered by or from
Cohort International.
WE DO NOT SEND OR SUPPORT THE
DELIVERY OF UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL
E-MAIL (A.K.A. "SPAM").
In order to receive an e-mail
message that is part of a marketing
campaign created by Cohort
International, you must have chosen
to receive e-mail from us. To
further ensure we have your consent,
we make sure each e-mail we send you
presents an additional opportunity
to ‘opt-out’ of receiving future
e-mails. Thus, if you are not
interested in receiving future
e-mails from us, you may choose to
'opt-out'.
We reserve the right to send you
certain communications relating to
Cohort International services and
products, such as service
announcements, administrative
messages, etc. that are in
conjunction with services being
provided to you by Cohort
International, without offering you
the opportunity to 'opt-out' of
receiving them.
Children
We are committed to protecting the
privacy of children. Cohort
International's services are not
designed or intended to attract
children under the age of 13. We do
not collect personal information
from any person we actually know is
under the age of 13.
INFORMATION USE AND SHARING
Generally Your information will be
used solely to market opportunities
to you and to inform you of products
or services available from Cohort
International.
We will not rent, sell or share any
personal information we gather from
you to third parties except as
indicated below or provide
information regarding the products
or services you have requested.
Partners
We provide information to trusted
partners who work on behalf of or
with Cohort International under
confidentiality agreements. These
companies may use your personal
information to help Cohort
International communicate with you
about offers from us and or our
partners. However, these companies
do not have an independent right to
use, share or sell your personal
information.
Other Web sites and Your Privacy
The Cohort International Web site
contains links to other Web sites.
Once you select a link that takes
you to another Web site, you are
subject to the privacy policy of the
Web site containing that page.
Please note that these other Web
sites may have privacy policies that
differ from those of Cohort
International. We have no control
over any personal information you
choose to provide to those Web sites
and Cohort International is not
responsible for the privacy
practices or the content of such Web
sites.
Third Party Processors
We may occasionally send information
about members of our database to
third-party processors ("Third Party
Processors") to organize,
administer, process, append and/or
analyze our data on our behalf. We
may also use Third Party Processors
to deliver offline materials to you.
All such Third Party Processors are
prohibited from using your personal
information except to provide these
services to Cohort International,
and they are required to maintain
the confidentiality of your
information.
Legal Requests/Questionable

Cohort International will cooperate
with local and national law
enforcement agencies to help protect you from
bad actors. Therefore, in response
to a verified request from a local
or state law
enforcement official or other government
official relating to a criminal
investigation or other alleged
illegal activity, we may (and you
authorize us to) disclose your name,
city, state, telephone number, email
address, usage history, IP address,
access times and other information
without a subpoena. Further, we may
(and you authorize us to) disclose
your name, street address, city,
state, zip code, country, phone
number, email, IP address, access
times and company name to our Clients, as
we, in our sole discretion, believe
necessary or appropriate in
connection with civil litigation.
We also reserve the right to share
information in order to investigate,
prevent or take action regarding
illegal activities, suspected fraud,
situations involving personal
threats to the physical safety of
any person, violations of Cohort
International's Terms of Use, or otherwise
as required by law.
Limitations on Privacy
Due to the existing regulatory
environment, we cannot ensure that
all of your private communications
and other personal information will
never be disclosed in ways not
otherwise described in this Privacy
Policy. By way of example (without
limiting the foregoing), third
parties may unlawfully intercept or
access transmissions or private
communications, or users may abuse
or misuse your personal information
that they collect from the Cohort
International Web site without
authorization. Therefore, although
we seek to exceed industry standard
practices to protect your privacy,
we do not promise, and you should
not expect, that your personal
information or private
communications will always remain
private.

will not be liable to you for any
damages caused by acts or events
beyond our reasonable control
including, without limitation, acts
of God, fires, floods, acts of
terrorism, wars, civil disturbances,
sabotage, accidents, labor disputes,
governmental actions, and failures
or delays of transportation that
result in the disclosure of your
personally identifiable information.

Maintenance
We reserve the right, at any time
and without notice, to add to,
update, change, modify or revise
this Privacy Policy, our Web site,
or our services simply by posting
such change, update or modification
on the Site. Any such addition,
update, change, modification or
revision will be effective
immediately upon posting on the Web
